Liza Hale
Originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio, Liza has found inspiration, challenge and comfort from her yoga practice over the years. She enjoys helping her students find ways to bring yoga off the mat. Liza specializes in vinyasa flow, balancing an active practice with meditation and breathwork. She encourages students to listen to their bodies and find what feels right, tuning into their intuition. Liza completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training at Bloom in 2017 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She enjoys traveling, exploring nature trails in Chicago and chasing around her two energetic kids.
