Judy Raddue
Judy Raddue’s yoga journey began over 25 years ago, as she neared her 40th birthday, when a friend suggested they take an intro yoga class. She seeks to inspire individuals who thought yoga was unavailable to them, believing that there is a path through practice for everyone at all stages of life. An Accessible Yoga Ambassador, her classes are contemplative, adaptive and even a little playful.
In 2014, Judy received her RYT-200 teacher training from Bloom, where she subsequently was certified in prenatal and restorative yoga. In 2015, she received yin yoga certification from her longtime teacher and master yinster Bernie Clark. An eternal student, Judy has studied with numerous master teachers; most importantly, Chinnamasta Stiles and Nischala Joy Devi. Most recently, she’s been certified as a Yoga for Healthy Aging teacher, led by her current teachers Baxter Bell and Melina Meza.
