Summer Camp 2025
Offering yoga, mindfulness, games, and art for campers aged 6-10 years old, this unique summer camp option is sure to engage your children in new skills and exploration of themselves and their surroundings.

Bloom offers a themed camp that meets
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm.
Each day, campers will explore a different theme to inspire our lessons, movements, and crafts. Daily agenda includes: share circle, yoga and meditation, connecting games, snack, and
arts and crafts.
July 7th - 11th
Legends of Yoga: Stories and Symbols from the Heart of the Practice
9:00am - 12:00pm, daily
Each day of camp, yogis will be introduced to a classic myth, story, or philosophical aspect from the classical yoga tradition. They will learn about the chakra system, Patanjali's seminal Yoga Sutras, the story of Arjuna the Archer, and be challenged with some very tricky poses named for the great sages of India.
Lessons are taught in an engaging, age appropriate way through spirited yoga classes that include movement, classic postures, games, breathing, and introductory mindfulness and meditation. Each class will include a beautiful work of art to take home. All of this while learning fundamental yoga poses, playing community-building games, and practicing child friendly meditation techniques.

Camp is led by Chelsea Brown and for yogis aged 6 - 10 years old.
Cost is $245 + $20 supply fee.
Each child should bring their own snack and water

Chelsea Brown, Lead Trainer
Chelsea is a Yoga Alliance Registered Experienced Yoga Teacher with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and over 300 hours of formal training. Chelsea's professional experience with children spans over a decade to include not only through yoga, but work as a camp counselor, educational assistant, and USA Gymnastics certified coach. Her dedication to children's yoga blossomed in 2010. At that time Chelsea was completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training while working as an educational assistant for students with special needs. She quickly discovered the immense benefits a yogic approach to self-regulation had on her students.

Chelsea completed her 95 hour Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher requirements in 2017 through Global Family Yoga, a national leader in education for children's yoga teachers. Chelsea aspires to help shape today’s children into vibrant and connected adults who will use their gift of a lifelong yoga practice to create a more beautiful tomorrow.
