3rd Annual LoveYourBrain fundraiser during #MindfulMarch

Did you know that March is Brain Injury Awareness month? Bloom is pleased to partner with LoveYourBrain Foundation in 2018 to support the traumatic brain injury (TBI) community by offering three donation-based yoga classes during the month of March. All proceeds from these three yoga classes will be donated to support LoveYourBrain Foundation's flagship Yoga Program, which enables the TBI community to participate in gentle yoga and meditation classes tailored to their needs.

How can you be part of this 3rd Annual Event?

Join Sharon and Jessica for their weekly Yoga & Meditation classes, and Kerry for her weekly Gentle Yoga class on one of the following days:

Wednesday, March 21th Gentle Yoga from 10:30-11:45am with Kerry
Tuesday, March 27th Yoga & Meditation from 6:00-7:15pm with Sharon
Thursday, March 29th Yoga & Meditation from 7:30-9:00pm with Jessica

Can't make one of the donation-based classes? No problem!

If you can't make one of the donation-based classes, but would still like to donate, Bloom will be collecting donations throughout the month of March! Just stop by our front desk, or give us a call.

How does the donation part work?

You may use your class package, Bloom membership, or New Student Special to attend the class as usual, and Bloom will donate 100% of the equivalent amount for all attendees. Or you can make a donation at our single class rate of $18 (larger donations are also welcome!) via cash, check, or credit. All proceeds from the class will be donated to LoveYourBrain foundation to help give the gift of yoga and meditation to others.

What if I've never meditated before?

Don't worry! You don't need any previous meditation experience, just come with comfortable clothes and an open mind. Class will combine gentle yoga with guided meditation practice and is accessible for students of all levels.
