2nd Annual LoveYourBrain fundraiser during #MindfulMarch

Did you know that March is Brain Injury Awareness month? Bloom is pleased to partner with LoveYourBrain Foundation in 2017 to support the traumatic brain injury (TBI) community by offering two donation-based yoga & meditation classes during the month of March. All proceeds from these two yoga classes will be donated to support LoveYourBrain Foundation's flagship Yoga Program, which enables the TBI community to participate in yoga and meditation classes tailored to their needs.

How can you be part of this 2nd Annual Event?

Join Sharon and Renee for their weekly Yoga & Meditation classes on one of the following days:

Tuesday, March 28th from 6:00-7:15pm with Sharon
Thursday, March 30th from 7:30-9:00pm with Renee

How does the donation part work?

You may use your class package, Bloom membership, or New Student Special to attend the class as usual, and Bloom will donate 100% of the equivalent amount for all attendees. Or you can make a donation at our single class rate of $18 (larger donations are also welcome!) via cash, check, or credit. All proceeds from the class will be donated to LoveYourBrain foundation to help give the gift of yoga and meditation to others.

What if I've never meditated before?

Don't worry! You don't need any previous meditation experience, just come with comfortable clothes and an open mind. Class will combine gentle yoga with guided meditation practice and is accessible for students of all levels.
